We took our beautiful little pet parakeet, J. Aubrey, to the vet on Saturday, and we were told that he had a tumor. On Monday evening, sweet little Aubrey passed away.. he's at peace now.We bought Aubrey on August 19, 2005 after our first parakeet, Petie, passed away. As some of you might already know, I started my miniature business not very long after Petie's death, so I named it in her memory.
For nearly six years, Aubrey lived in a home full of love. He was a very healthy, active, sweet, and charming budgie, always tweeting and chirping to us. He filled our house with so much sunshine. I had forgotten what losing a pet felt like... but now I feel it all over again. He was the sweetest little bird alive, and I will never ever forget him. He was more than a bird, he was a best friend. Love and miss you always, little Aubrey..
