Wedding Bells

I have finally returned after over a week of absence from posting. Things have been busy, but I was able to meet newborn Catherine this past weekend!

Currently I'm working on new miniatures (which are unfinished), and I don't want to share them until they are complete. Until then, I've decided to share my Wedding Bells design. This was my first attempt at a Victorian era wedding dress, and it was completely designed by me. I created this quite some time ago.

Time to work on some new miniatures now.
Please enjoy the dress in the meantime! :)

This is the bottom of the dress. If you look closely, you will see a unique snowflake design on the white fabric. Perfect touch for a wedding dress.

A little bit closer..

  2. Beautiful...

I just recently began following your blog, but have you ever made any miniature flags or military memorabilia? I am a volunteer for Adopt A US Soldier and would love to see if you have any, or maybe its an idea!

  3. Hi, Kylie! Thanks for the kind words. I really enjoy reading your blog, so thanks for taking the time to share!

Hm, I'd say the closest I've come to anything like that is a miniature American flag sheet cake which I made for the Fourth of July last year. But what you mentioned is certainly an idea! I think I will add that to my to-do list. What a challenge that would be!
