I have finally returned after over a week of absence from posting. Things have been busy, but I was able to meet newborn Catherine this past weekend!
Currently I'm working on new miniatures (which are unfinished), and I don't want to share them until they are complete. Until then, I've decided to share my Wedding Bells design. This was my first attempt at a Victorian era wedding dress, and it was completely designed by me. I created this quite some time ago.
Time to work on some new miniatures now.
Please enjoy the dress in the meantime! :)
This is the bottom of the dress. If you look closely, you will see a unique snowflake design on the white fabric. Perfect touch for a wedding dress.
A little bit closer..
Beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteWOW! I can't believe that you designed this dress by yourself! That's so amazing!!!
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...
ReplyDeleteI just recently began following your blog, but have you ever made any miniature flags or military memorabilia? I am a volunteer for Adopt A US Soldier and would love to see if you have any, or maybe its an idea!
Hi, Kylie! Thanks for the kind words. I really enjoy reading your blog, so thanks for taking the time to share!
ReplyDeleteHm, I'd say the closest I've come to anything like that is a miniature American flag sheet cake which I made for the Fourth of July last year. But what you mentioned is certainly an idea! I think I will add that to my to-do list. What a challenge that would be!
Nice, I never knew you had that.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing this great blog.Very inspiring and
ReplyDeletehelpful too.Hope you continue to share more of your ideas.
