Time for a Giveaway - NOW CLOSED

Yes!  It's finally time for my first giveaway!  I have been wanting to do this for quite some time, so let's get started.

How Do You Enter the Giveaway?  It's simple!

2. Comment on this blog post.  Do you want an extra chance to win?  Link this post on your blog and let your followers know that I'm having a giveaway.  Your name will be entered twice if you do this, so please make sure you notify me if you posted this on your blog so that I will know to enter your name twice! 

The drawing will be on May 5th, 2012.  All entries must be submitted by midnight as the winner will be announced later that day.  Don't miss out!  Spread the word...the more, the merrier!

Nutty Cherry Cake




 Cherries....mmm!  What can I say?  They're one of the reasons I look forward to summer so much.

To satisfy my cravings, I decided to make a cake...another cake.  For reasons unknown to me, I never seem to tire of making cakes!

For this cake, I decided to add some freshly chopped nuts along the side, a little bit of whipped cream on top, and a few stunning cherries to finish it off with a little bit of color.
